1My data is very personal; I cannot expose it to anyone. What are the measures taken at your organization to ensure safety and privacy of my data?

We have achieved ISO 9001:2015 certification. We've put in place all of the systems and procedures necessary to keep your data safe and secure. Our data recovery technique is secure, and we never mishandle data in our Data Recovery Lab. Biometric protections have been placed at the Data Recovery Lab to ensure that no unauthorized individuals enter the facility. Mobile phones, pen drives, memory cards, and other electronic devices are not permitted in the lab. Within our premises, your data is absolutely safe and secure, and data privacy is guaranteed.

2Do you allow customers inside your Data Recovery Lab? I want you to recover my data in my presence.

No, we don't let anyone into our Data Recovery Lab who isn't approved. Our data recovery methods are absolutely risk-free. We cannot allow data privacy breaches by permitting any unauthorized individual into our data recovery lab because the data recovery professionals are working on several jobs at the same time.

3Why is CLASS 100 Room required for Data Recovery?

A CLASS 100 CLEAN ROOM is a particular environment that hard drive manufacturers propose and that is required to access any type of hard disc. Opening a hard disc in a public place can cause more harm and diminish the possibilities of data recovery.

4 How do you deliver my data?

Your data will be provided to you on a pen drive, external hard drive, or other external storage device. You can either give us your device or purchase a hard drive from us for an extra fee, and we will copy and deliver your data to you.

5I cannot visit your premises for data verification. How will I verify my data after recovery?

You may check your data from afar. We can grant you access via Team Viewer, allowing you to see your file listing and raw data. During remote verification process, you can also ask questions. Our data recovery specialists will also assist you in confirming your data. The data verification process typically takes 30 minutes to an hour. To avoid any confusion, you must verify your availability throughout this session, and we would appreciate your complete attention during the verification procedure.

6 What happens to my recovered data after delivery? Is it still with us?

After your data is delivered to you, we hold it for 7 business days. You won't have to go through the entire process again if something goes wrong with your recovered data after delivery. We delete your data fully from our server after 7 business days following delivery or after receiving your email confirmation. We do not keep a copy of your data after it has been deleted from our server. If you would want us to delete your data from our server sooner, please send us an email.

7 I don't have any other external drive. Can you upload my data to the cloud?

To transfer your data, we'll need an external hard disc. If you don't have one, you can purchase one from us for an extra fee. You can share your user details with us if you want us to copy your data to your cloud storage account. We will copy your data to your cloud account. We do not, however, recommend this alternative.

8 Can you repair my hard drive and restore data on it?

No, we don't accept hard drive repairs. Only data recovery services are offered by us. You must provide an external hard drive for us to transfer your data.

9How do I send you my external drive for copying data?

You can use a courier to send your external hard disc. Please double-check that your hard drive is securely packed within the shipping box. More information on hard drive packaging can be found here.

10What happens if there is any damage to my drive carrying my recovered data? Do I need to pay again for data recovery?

For 7 business days, we keep a backup of your recovered data. If your data storage carrier is damaged during transit, we will copy your data at no additional charge.

1What are the payment options available for me? I cannot visit you personally, how do I make payment for data recovery fee?

You can pay for your data recovery operation entirely online. Our online payment system is safe and secure, and we accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and net banking methods.

2 I want to visit personally; can I pay via Cheque or Cash?

Sure, You can visit us personally; however, we do not accept cheque payments. You can make payment by swiping your debit/credit card on the POS machines installed at our data recovery centers.

3I don't have any card, can I do NEFT/RTGS?

Yes, you can do UPI, NEFT and RTGS transaction as well. You can ask for bank details from our executive if you want to make payment via UPI, QR Code, RTGS or NEFT.

4I cannot pay you in one go, can I pay in installments?

Yes, you can make payment in installments. EMI option is available for 3, 6, 9, 12 months. EMI option is available for the all bank credit card holders

5 My bank is not listed in the online payment option, how can I make payment?

If your bank is not listed in online payment option, you can do an UPI/NEFT/RTGS. Our executive will provide you the bank details for making UPI/NEFT/RTGS transactions. Or alternatively, you can visit our data recovery center and make payment by swiping your card on the POS machine.

6 Why do you need an advance; can I pay the full amount after verifying my data?

To initiate the data recovery process, you need to provide advance confirmation from your side. We may need to purchase new spare components to complete your service, so we require a 50% deposit from clients. Once we've recovered your data from your hard drive, you'll need to pay the remaining 50% as a full and final payment.

7If my data is not recovered, then what will happen to my advance payment?

Your advance payment will be refunded if we are unable to recover data from your storage device or if you do not discover the data you were looking for. Within 5- 7 business days, you will get the advance money in the same bank account/credit card that you used to make the payment.

8 I don't have 50% advance, can I pay only 20% as my confirmation?

: No, you need to pay 50% in advance as your confirmation, so that we can initiate the work on your job.

9If my data is not recovered or service fee is too much for me, then can I get my hard drive back at the same time?

Yes, if your data cannot be recovered or you are dissatisfied with the quote, you may request that we return your hard drive. No questions asked, we will hand over/courier your drive back to you at no additional expense. This is a free quote with no conditions attached.

10What happens if I am not happy with the recovered data?

We fully follow to the "No Recovery, No Charge" policy. You will not be charged if you are unable to locate certain files and folders for which you filled out the media assessment form. Your advance will be refunded in its whole. Please note that the No Recovery - No Charge* is only applicable if your required files are indicated at the start of the operation. If you wish us to recover 100% of your data from your storage device, the No Recovery - No Charge* policy does not apply.
